How We Put Care into Action
At BSCC Ministries, we do not provide temporary, superficial relief. We partner with sponsors, donors, and local community members to turn a shared vision of hope into a daily reality for orphaned and vulnerable children in Mayuge, Uganda.
Through our six holistic pillars of care, we meet children at their point of deepest need providing the safe home, quality education, physical health, and spiritual foundation required to build a thriving future.

Safe Shelter & Family Care
Nutritious Family Meals
Ensuring every child receives consistent, balanced daily meals prepared and served in a warm family environment.
Secure Residential Care
Providing clean, safe, and comfortable living quarters where children sleep securely every night, free from danger and fear.
Emotional Security & Belonging
Restoring dignity and identity to fatherless children, ensuring they grow up knowing they are deeply valued by God and by us.
How Our Care Process Works
Our 4-Step Model of Care
-
1
Identification & Welcoming
We identify orphaned and highly vulnerable children in Bumwena village and surrounding Mayuge communities who lack shelter, food, and family care. We welcome them into our home, giving them a safe bed, immediate warm meals, and the security of a loving environment.
-
2
Holistic Care Assessment & Plan
Every child is unique. Our local caregivers evaluate the child’s physical health, emotional state, and educational background. We establish a personalized plan that includes immediate medical care, nutritious meals, trauma counseling, and spiritual support.
-
3
Education & Discipleship Integration
We enroll the child in school, providing all necessary fees, uniforms, and scholastic materials, alongside localized home tutoring. Daily devotions, Sunday school, and mentorship ground them in Christian faith, building character and moral strength.
-
4
Community Transformation & Leadership
We raise our children to know their worth and equip them with academic and life skills. As they mature into strong, God-fearing young adults, they are launched to bring hope, healing, and Christ-centered leadership back to their families and communities.
